    The Witcher

A little sword and sorcery, anyone? Henry Cavill stars in this Netflix fantasy series. I've never even heard of the books..

Reviews have been very middling, but I'm happy to give it a shot..

i am 2 episodes in. it's rather slow moving but it's interesting enough that I will keep watching. I think there are only 8 episodes so it's a quick season

I'm 3 eps in. E1 was a bit of a slog, but I thought 2 and 3 improved significantly with the introduction of the sorceress girl. She's terrific! Looking forward to getting back to the show this weekend..

I’m digging it. I read The Witcher is the most in-demand TV show in the world, even over The Mandalorian.

I don’t get the slow moving. First episode is Witcher fighting monster. Full scale armies fighting. Tons of blood/gore. Awesome sword-fighting. Sorcerers, etc.

So very boring and uninteresting. I'm on episode four, struggling to keep watching.

Thought I'd give this a bump to see who's watching S2. Two years later I'd forgotten a few characters and all the politics, but I'm still finding it a fun watch.

I'd be just as happy if the show was called Yennefer of Venderberg cuz she's what makes it for me

I was watching E2 and kept thinking why does this guy sound so familiar.. duh.. it's Tormund!

great season. wish they did more episodes per season. they seem to be straying from the books now. at least what i recall of the books anyway

I enjoyed it as well, but agreed the season was too short. I think it's a product of the COVID crap...

The various supporting characters in season 2 seemed to get a disproportionately large amount of screen time.
There seemed to be less of a focus on Geralt overall... but the scenes we did get with him in action were cool.
