These are Umbrellas that can be used for 8 inch action figures. They are the same as the ones you put in a drink.

Also, at the risk of getting beat up, I believe those are parasols and not umbrellas.

It's just a guess but, I think these were made so folks who question why 66 Penguin came with no umbrella, now they
can get one, your 66 Penguin is complete. So I'm wondering if they will make a freeze gun for your 66 Mr. Freeze?

I sure hope so, that was terribly lacking. I had hoped that a Villians Accessory Set would follow FTC's very nice Bat-Accessories.
