Dear Federico,

My deepest condolences to you and your kids... I lost my wife of over 20 years to this terrible and hateful disease. It is so frustrating to see a beloved one in pain or deteriorating without being capable of doing anything about it. Mine was young as well, 47, and got cancer in the colon. I loved her very much and will always do. If anything there's a bit of relief knowing that the suffering finally ended and is in peace now. I will forever cherish the moments we lived together including a trip to Mego Meet 2015 at Skokie Illinois when her, my kid and I got to meet many Mego Brothas and even got their autographs...

I guess that what I'm trying to say is that I'm very empathic with you and can tell you that life goes on. For you and for your kids... I was able to meet another marvelous person who loves me and my kid; and I'm back to wanting to live a life. I wasn't looking for anyone. She just appeared in my life.

So hang in there bro! Take some time for yourself. Here we are to support you on anything you may need.

I’m so very sorry my wife passed away in 2010 after a 2 yr battle with cancer. Eight years is a tremendous fight. Your wife was a warrior. I know how tough that fight is. My wife was 45.
