Cool subtleties in the temperatures of the grey paints. Someone's gonna be very happy.

You captured the heart of one of my favorite films, and the BEST adaptation of the material. Appropriate coming from you too, since I always felt the film had a strong Val Lewton/Universal Horror vibe to it!

So what does an item like that run?

This was $150 to paint and took about 8 hours total.
There is spray painting as well as hand painting, pastels, washes, dry brushing, glazes, and texture painting with a sea sponge.
It's a long process with many steps and finishes involved.

Man, you are charging way too little. And my goodness, just eight hours? You are super fast, my dear friend.

                          Awesome boss work as always...

Thanks! I included drying time in there Hector...for the spray painting. Actual labor time was probably more like five hours. So I made $30 an hour to do something I enjoy.
That's more than I make at my "real" job...LOL.

Wish I could do it full time but there just isn't enough demand. At my peak I was getting about 4-5 commissions a month. Not enough to pay the bills.
