    He had a great Clint Howard-ish career

    Loved him in Lost in Space, Trek, Bonnie and Clyde, Scrooged and House of 1000 Corpses

    Kltpzyxm! RIP. He was a quirky, engaging character actor--I enjoyed his work.

      I never could tell how much he was acting, and how much of his quirkiness was...well, real. He also had a very early appearance on The Andy Griffith Show as Barney's inept cousin.

      RIP.

        I think he may have been the first character actor I recognized when he popped up in other shows. I never knew his name when I was a kid, but I always recognized his face. It was to his credit that he seemed "perfect" for so many roles. RIP.

              i had heard about this yesterday but could not remember his name or find anything about it. RIP! I enjoyed his roles.

                      here's some trivia; he was married to Beth Howland - Vera from "Alice". Had a few kids but divorced. RIP Mr. Pollard.

                        My favorite thing he ever did was the voice of Psycho in 13 episodes of Toxic Crusaders.

                        He was hilarious, and the highlight of almost every episode. They even made the character look like him.
