Yeti: Giant of the 20th Century (1977)

I don't know how a Kong rip off about a giant Yeti (of varying scales) terrorizing downtown Toronto escaped my gaze for so long. Even the old yellow cop cars and City hall make an appearance.

Once seen, never forgotten... (but not necessarily in a good way).

Wowzers! The Yeti is just a big hairy dude that looks like a giant mutant Barry Gibb.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I wonder if they patterned his look off of Sasquatch from The Six Million Dollar Man...

Ack! That was certainly...different, but familiar, yet bad.

Wow! That guy Tony Kendall sure looks like a Mattel Big Jim come to life. Especially the face changer version in this movie with his longer hair. But in the 60s he really does look like the 'Classic' Big Jim I think.

You are transparent; I see many things... I see plans within plans.
