Svengoolie Theater: The Invisible Man (1933)

Its Wednesday so its time to check in with the ReMego MeTV as Svengoolie presents the Universal Monsters movie Invisible Man (1933):

Working in Dr. Cranley's laboratory, scientist Jack Griffin was always given the latitude to conduct some of his own experiments. His sudden departure, however, has Cranley's daughter Flora worried about him. Griffin has taken a room at the nearby Lion's Head Inn, hoping to reverse an experiment he conducted on himself that made him invisible. Unfortunately, the drug he used has also warped his mind, making him aggressive and dangerous. He's prepared to do whatever it takes to restore his appearance, and several will die in the process.

Dr. Griffin started out with the New Mego Invisible Man, added the Batman '66 Bruce Wayne Smoking Jacket with ribbon around the head. The cop is from the Diamond Select Captain America v2 Steve Rogers in his police outfit.

Hey Monitor_ep, hate to rain on your parade, but I think this week's Svengoolie movie is the Invisible (Woman)?
at least that's what it says on my cable TV guide menu channel. I'll double check the metv website schedule
just to make sure.

Nope the Metv schedule has Invisible Man

I'll go with the website schedule, my local cable company must have it wrong.

I only mentioned it because last week we thought the movie was going to be the Mummy's Curse, but the local cable guide said the Mummy's Ghost, and it was in fact correct, so when it read Invisible Woman for this week, I wanted to let you know.

It's ok, I was off with that Mummy episode. I went back and checked my month in advance Svengoolie & I read it wrong, but with Mummy movies you can will see either a museum with Egytain artifacts or the inside of a pyramid with the same artifacts. Just need to change the floor.
