    The Adventure People Sky Surfer

If you find yourself saying "I don't remember this!" that's correct, it seems that the Kite with Stuntman figure set was cut short in it's release in 1978 (where i most definitely would have gotten this for Christmas). Depending on where you look the item was either recalled due to the Stuntman figure falling off or that the kite wasn't very good. Either way, if you see one in the wild, grab it!

I had more than one of the figure when I was a kid. I truly wish the hang glider would not have been recalled or that I would have got my hands on one prior to the recall because I know
I would have an endless amount of fun with it. What a shame.

Funny a 3 & 3/4" figure falling out of the sky was a problem, but 12" GI Joe, no big deal at all.

Yeah, that’s pretty funny. I’m not sure how much a 3 3/4 inch figure could hurt someone from those heights. I’m sure a 1/6 scale figure would do a bit more damage from the same distance. Anyhow, it shows how much things changed, in less than a decade, when it came to safety concerns.
