If your Headless Horseman needs a ride...

I recommend the Polar Lights reissue model kit.

It's perfect MEGO scale and was actually designed for the character...PLUS you get an awesome display base!

This is a nice-looking kit and a good suggestion. I could also see it as a steed for the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Traditional Breyer horses are the right size for Mego figures.

That model is pretty spendy on ebay.

Get the best deals for headless polar lights at eBay.com. We have a great online selection at the lowest prices with Fast & Free shipping on many items!

For some reason the link doesn't work. Ebay must be blocking their search from other sites...

I see one for $30--that's pretty standard for Polar Lights, usually around $25. These are not sold in the thousands at K-Mart.

Not $30. $45.27! It's over fifteen dollars for the shipping. That's why I say they are so expensive. The cheapest one I can find is $35 shipped.

nice kit. I am thinking my choice of horsie is the black AJ stallion tho.

Wow, I didn't realize the scale of that was Mego-sized. That's huge. Love the Tim Burton head.

I will probably go Breyer. Luckily I'm very close to the Kentucky Horse Park. Their gift shop is Breyer central!

I'm not sure why anybody would choose a Breyer horse over the Polar Lights kit.

They cost almost as much, don't come with any saddle or reins like the kit, aren't posable so you can't have him rearing up like the kit, and you don't get the cool base complete with name plate and pumpkin patch.

Breyer can be bought for really cheap from Goodwill. I just got four horses yesterday from ebay that were eight bucks each, including shipping. Three are Breyer and one is something else.

A little bit of paint work, and that one on the left will be a fantastic evil steed.

His name is Diablo! He actually sits back on his tail and is rearing, so totally evil is his look. I'm painting him black today, and he'll have red eyes.
