Chicken breasts are so versatile, more so than any other part. Thigh meat is very flavorful but not when you get a big bite of all skin or slimy fat
The breast meat is my go to protein food. I go through about 10-12 of them a week. I'll marinate them in sweet soy sauce or hoisin and grill them up all at once. 7 minutes a side depending on the size then wrap them up to finish cooking by steaming themselves. I'll cut it up and throw some on a tortilla with some avocado, lettuce and tomato, maybe some jalapenos and bam, fast high protein food on the go anytime.
Dark meat all the way for me, but I do appreciate the rest. I totally miss the wing place across the street from my old store where they had 50 cent drumstick day, no limit.
I'm likely a horrible person but as far as chicken goes I don't care about organics or how they're treated. They have no souls, chickens are nothing but food with feathers to me.
Other meats and carnivorous indulgences that other stuff matters to me, just not chickens.
My go-to recipe:
grilled breast with bbq sauce
slice of montery jack cheese
three crispy slices of bacon
topped with a cheddar/Colby shred mix
PROTEIN!!!
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

same as Hector's list. Favorite dish is my Grandma's Slovak style dirty rice basically wings boiled till they fall off the bone, pull out the bones, throw in the rice to the broth and chicken, carrots, celery and fresh black pepper, lots of it.
