Favorite to least chicken pieces...

Fired, roasted, baked, grilled, etc...

In order of preference, list your fave piece to least fave.

1. Wings. Man, do I love wings. My favorite part is actually the thin forearm, the one mostly discarded by establishments like Buffalo Wings and Wingstop. Super fried crispy...it tastes like bacon or chicharrones.

2. Breast. I like to eat them both hot and cold, unlike the other parts.

3. Drumsticks. The old reliable.

4. Thighs. You can have them, not a fan, especially cold, they are disgusting...it’s like gelatin, argh.

I think chicken thighs are delicious if prepared properly.

I like the whole chicken including the liver, but breast meat is awful if overcooked.

Thighs hands down. The best, most flavorful part of the chicken.

Any good cook knows white meat is overrated.

I’m a good cook and breasts are NOT overrated...it’s the most useful part of the chicken.

Tell me...who sells and eats chicken thigh sandwiches? Exactly.

One of the reasons? Cold thigh meat is utterly revolting, that’s why...of course that’s just me...

Pfft! A boneless chicken-thigh, grilled with BBQ sauce or marinated, makes an infinitely better sandwich than a comparable breast. Thighs are super-popular right now for a good reason: flavor.

There's no disputing taste, Hec but honestly, chicken thighs work really well in many dishes and cuisines.

One thing I will admit...so you don’t think I’m a blockhead, lol.

Thighs are a better grilling meat than breast...I’ll be the first one to admit that. Breast were never meant for the grill/barbecue. That’s why BBQ chicken competitions are always thighs.

But in fried chicken, rotisserie chicken, cold cuts, soup, flautas, mole...breast reign supreme in my book.
