    Partial shrinking with naphtha?

    Do you think that partially shrinking something is possible. What I mean by that is, shrinking Penguin's head, but not his hat. That type of thing. Soaking just the head to the brim of the hat. Do you think it would work?

        Has anybody done any experimenting with this stuff? How about filling a head, and not submerging it? Soaking a head still on a torso? Shrinking oversized rubber boots?
