    Rutger Hauer -- RIP

Damn! I really liked him a lot! What a versatile actor! With so many great films, my favorite of his was "Escape from Sobibor." That was a movie based on a true story of the concentration camp. He was 75. He was always a very, very underrated actor!

Ah Crap...Even though 'Blade Runner' sticks to the forefront of his Movies, I really loved his role in The Hitcher.

We've lost yet another great, if underrated, performer. So sad to hear this news. RIP, sir.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

A sad loss. What an actor. Especially great in Blade Runner, Flesh & Blood, The Hitcher, Nighthawks, The Salute of the Jugger, Ladyhawke, etc.

Great actor. I was saddened to read this today. Always a great villain, but capable of much more than that.

An intriguing and memorable body of work/career, but even better, a caring and engaging person. RIP Rutger.

I loved him in Ladyhawke and Blind Fury. He was one of the better character actors out there.
