    CTVT Van ?

2 question actually for starts on the CTVT Van is it safe to use styrene plastic sheets on the van? the reason for the question is I know some plastic can have a negative reaction to other plastics.

Second question: For the AJ VW Camper how was the awning attached to the camper? I was looking at the photo references of AJ's camper found in the Mego museum and the Dinah-Mite camper photo references but still not sure how it was attached to the van. Also unable to find any detailed instructions on how it was attached.

I have no idea about the awning, but the CTVT van is styrene, so styrene sheets should bond to it well.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Thanks for the quick reply! I was concerned if the plastics were different they would have a negative effect on each other. Thanks Again!

The awning has a bar along one side with two tabs that insert into two small holes on the van roof. Not sure if ctvt reproduced those holes in their molds for the roof.

Yea the holes seem to be specific to AJ and DM vans. Easy enough to drill but they are not there already.

Thanks for the info rche and Megotastrophe.
After mulling it over instead of drilling I might try to glue down a thin strip of metal from the hobby shop and use mini magnets on the fabric to attach it to the roof.
A BIG THANK YOU to EVERYONE for their input :D
