I would assume reproheads has a good one. I have seen hulk ones used. They look much different when painted. Go for it. Merlyn just did one and it turned out pretty cool.

I've seen quite a few Grundy's using a Mego Hulk head. It works pretty well, and is actually pretty on-model to the Challenge of the Super Friends design.

I used a standard Hulk head for mine. Came out like this...
Some head sellers have other versions of Hulk. I think Austin shrunk and cast the 12" Mego Hulk head which might be cool for something different.
