At SDCC, the Russo brothers talked about their upcoming projects post-Marvel and a live action Battle of the Planets tops their list...

they are also working on a Grimjack project adapting the comic by John Ostrander and Tim Truman published by First Comics in the 80s.

Deadline is reporting Joe and Anthony Russo are developing (as producers) live-action adaptations of Grimjack and Battle of the Planets as live-action projects for their production company AGBO, as announced Friday at Comic-Con.

According to Deadline, the Russos "would rush home from school every day to watch Battle of the Planets," and that Grimjack was a “deep cut“ that the pair loved as kids.

Grimjack is the 1983 creation of John Ostrander and Tim Truman, first published by First Comics in a solo series in 1984. Amazon is developing it as a television series with writer Kevin Murphy.

Ok, read another article on their SDCC panel that offered a little more details-The Russos are attached to a BOTP project as producers, but it's unsure at this point if it will be CGI or live action, if live action they will likely direct it as well, if CGI, then they will likely only produce it.
