Not exactly sure where to put this but anyway, I made myself some castings of the 1970's Marvel and DC magnets using the original magnets to mold and then cast. It's a complete set except missing one of the Spiderman (don't know how I missed that when making the molds). These sell anywhere from $20- $40 a piece and even more as a set, which I think is ridiculous. Is there any interest in these? I was thinking of making more castings but no reason to if there's no interest. I'll figure out a price depending on interest.

Love 'em! How much is the set?"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life." -

Considering all the casting material and time would $50 per set be fair? I'm open to trades also.Comment

I've thought about doing them in color but just couldn't decide what color would be best to do them in. Any thoughts?Comment

Hulk in green, Robin in yellow, Spidey in red and some blue depending on which color is more prevalent in the picture, Riddler in green, Aquaman in orange, Batman in blue, Shazam in red, Captain America in blue, Wonder Woman in yellow, etc..Comment

Ok, I thought you meant the whole lot in one color. It would be very wasteful and expensive to cast each one or 2-3 in a certain color then do the same to others. You'd have to mix up several small batches of casting to do that. Still though it is a cool thought and something to keep in mind.Comment

Well, you could do sets in different colors and mix and match them. Personally, I'd cast them with glowing resin!Comment
