    Titan Head Shrinking...

    In short. No You can't.
I've been trying to shrink a Titan Dr. Who head so as to use it for a Tom Baker custom. I used Naphtha twice for several day each attempt. Two days soak for 1st, Three days soak for 2nd. Nada!!! NO shrink! NO change! NADA!
I guess its the plastic used to make these heads.

I think I read that people soak the heads for a week or so. Maybe you should try longer. Or maybe acetone would work better.

There was a thread about this before, and nobody has had any luck shrinking the Titan heads using naphtha or acetone. Which is a shame, because they have great heads that walk that fine line between realistic and stylized.

I struck out with both. One head I am pretty sure came out bigger.

the Smooth On site had a great article about shrinking the mold... If the head is still good make a mold of the head and shrink the mold.

Weren't Titans made to be incredibly resistant? IIRC, they were meant to withstand rough play from younger kids. I don't they're standard action figure plastic.

I only shrink molds, might not be the best method but it's the only one that has worked for me.

What method do you use to shrink them?
