HORROR:
Elvira, Mistress of the Dark (could also go in the Classics line)

If they can get the licensing, Hammer films are a must.
MUSIC:
Lemmy from Motorhead (He has a unique look and used to be a roadie for Jimi Hendrix. Pack in his bass and amp, "Murder One", and you're golden)

Ozzy Osbourne (regular and Bark at the Moon versions! Maybe with flocking! I now want a fuzzy Ozzy!)
Rob Zombie (so many outfits to choose from - I personally would love his outfit from the Dragula video)
SCI-FI
80's Buck Rogers (the whole freakin' cast)
80's Flash Gordon (see above)
Classic Star Trek - McCoy, Scotty and Chapel to finish out the main crew. Throw in a Klingon in TV show accurate outfit, and one with a more detailed outfit from the movies/TNG)

I'd love to see Mego Sherlock Holmes. While I'd especially like a Basil Rathbone, it could be done based on illustrations and get around the likeness issue.
