What was your classic indoor Mall favorite stores ?

Could be from any era and once-off mom and pop shops included.
For me, off the bat I can think of ….

    Saturday Matinee Video Store

    Sam Goody

The Wall (great for browsing but overpriced for buying)

Walden Books (to check out new Trek manuals and browse nude photography books)

Hallmark Shop (got to look at the new Christmas ornaments)

Off the top of my head:

            Montgomery Ward
            Kaybee Toys
Guitar Center (I remember our guitar store having a different name, but I've had the discussion with people over the years. Every one seems to remember it as an actual Guitar Center).
Record Bar (my brother was the manager and got backstage passes to basically any show that came to our city. I met some incredible acts in the 80s.)
            Camelot Music
            Radio Shack
            Spencer's

Diamond's Menswear--high-end classic mens' clothier, in-house tailoring. I still have and use things from there.
              JC Penney's
              Higbee's
Monty Wards and Sears at Christmas
              Chess King
Churchill's News & Tobacco (certain, ahem...magazines. For the articles.)
Rizzi's Toys--bought many Clash of the Titans there.
              Kaybee's
              Waldenbooks
              B. Dalton
              Musicland/Saturday Matinee
              York Steak House--really miss it

"My" mall--Rolling Acres, now gone--had Kaybee's & Rizzi's inside, and Gold Circle, Children's Palace, and Toys R Us adjacent. It made for terrific toy shopping, though we still used catalogues a lot.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

                      I forgot about Spencer's and Suncoast …

Also, Arthur Treacher's in the food court

Did Hallmark shops used to be called Hallmark shop's back then ?

In my local mall we had "The Fifth Avenue Card Shop" which literally was what Hallmark shops would later be.
