Nope, they were fantastic head sculpts based on the actor. The only thing generic shown to my recollection was the 14" Frankenstein.

One thing I will holdout on is the Rocky figure, as Ill want the black eye variant.

3 new classic monster riffs! <smartness flowin' strong in Megoland!>

Were any of these shown at the secret Meet session?… trying to find that recap thread again.

Headless Horseman was shown in its entirety and the head for the 14" Frankenstein.

I don't totally follow but the headless horseman seemed very nice. I didn't really get a good look at 14" Frankenstein.

^^ You followed, I figured if you liked it then it's staying inside of current monster-style… classic and/or wacky, which I'm very much enjoying too.

An away team version of Kirk would be a VERY good possibility, especially if we do get a new headsculpt (as I expect we will; I don't think just re-using the classic head is going to fly with collectors or likely CBS). Multiple uses for the head would make a new sculpt more likely, and that secondary look is a very legitimate variant Mego would likely get little push back on.

The Frankenstein sculpt looked to be skirting the Universal license again, just like all the New Mego offerings. So based on it, but changed enough to not step on legal toes.

Last night, I saw Shatner on Match Game ‘74. At that time, he looked very much like the latest Mego sculpt including hair color. There is no significance to that other than I found it interesting.

Are the two new Kiss figures coming on the same yellow cards that the Demon and Starchild came out on?
"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

No way. That old style is finished.
