    Star Wars Galaxy's Edge...

Just curious as to what everyone's opinion is on it.
I live not to far from it but I think ill wait awhile to check it out as the hype slowly goes down.

I hear there is no original trilogy characters represented. Such a shame...

I'm beyond excited. Been to the Harry Potter World at Universal and thought, man, if only they could do this for Star Wars.

If you've never been to Disney, it's easy to look down your nose at it.

But they know how to give you a fun and immersive experience.

        It will be awesome.

Sorry. No original trilogy actors are represented.

I thought I'd be bothered that the focus would be on Sequel Trilogy... and then I got there and they won me over with the Parade of the First Order and the unbelievable firework and projection show, which focused on the whole saga.

There is plenty from the entire saga represented all over the place.

            And there's still Star Tours.

Man, I want to go back.

VERY excited for this, but it will have to wait until our bi-annual trip to WDW, next year. By then, hopefully the crowds will have died down, and the Rise of the Resistance ride will be open at both parks.

The preview videos I watched yesterday looked FANTASTIC. Everything is weathered and worn. It was cool seeing little bits of it peeking up from over Andy's fence in Toy Story Land last year.

And I know at least one of those "build your own RC droids" is coming home with us. $100 for that size, and the whole experience isn't bad.

I would respond to the thread, but I would just be repeating this.
