Can't believe that Fringe hasn't been mentioned. I have that rated as my favorite show and I liked the finale. I was REALLY upset with something that happened during the last season and they took care of that with the finale.

Both finales for Justice League Unlimited were great. The first one, "Epilogue" was more of a Batman Beyond/DCAU in general finale, but then they got picked up. So "Destroyer" was the type of finale most fans wanted, and they really delivered.

Quantum Leap had a great finale. It really had me scratching my head. Still does.

Happy Days' finale was kind of weird, with Fonzie rushing into adopting a kid we never saw before, but the final few moments, when Tom Bosley actually broke the 4th wall and thanked us for watching was great. Ron Howard showing up was of course very welcome, even if Howard Cunningham officially retconned Chuck out of continuity in his speech.

MASH's finale held the record for most viewed scripted TV episode for many years (maybe still does?). Even at 8 years old, it got to me.
