Starcruiser is excellent. I think it's very much in the spirit of Space 1999.

I had that Spider-Man kit at a very early age. As I recall, he snapped together VERY loosely, and you stuck him to the wall with blue poster tack. He constantly fell off the wall and exploded back to his original state of red and blue pieces.

Keeping him up was a pain. The open palms on the Hulk was a cool idea; you could have him hoisting something big and menacing over his head. Only problem was, he was so big that anything big enough for him to heft was often to heavy for the model to hold. Of course, the no painting part did not leave the figures looking like the picture, which had things like the webs and Hulk hair painted in.

Same here. Eventually the parts that held his forearm to the upper arm broke and had to be glued...and re glued. I think his eye stickers glowed in the dark too. If I had one today, I would buy dollhouse brick siding and make him into a diorama. Hmm. That sounds like a cool project. Off to eBay to start tracking them.
