              I believe it was because the original character was Asian. I lose track at the outrage comic book movies cause. Oh the humanity.

                          All of them, basically.

                          But Peggy Carter definitely counts. Not only did she help stop the Hydra agent who killed Professor Erskine, she stormed the Red Skull's base in First Avenger as well. Then helped to found SHIELD and had her own TV series.
