    I think once you take the head out of the naphtha and wash it off, it shouldn't shrink any more.

          But... how does one make a head larger? Say you want to take a smaller figure head and make it Mego size. What is the process for doing this if at all possible?

            That has to be done with Hydrospan. You can't make the original head larger, but you can make a mold and cast it to be enlarged, make a mold of the enlarged piece and cast one to paint. It's possible, but not very simple.
