I rewatched Antman and the Wasp last night. so, they state time moves slower in the quantum realm. I believe in End Game they say Scott was trapped there for only a couple hours to him, and 5 years went by in the real world. how is that Janet Van Dyne aged 30 years while she was there?

It seems as if the flow of time in the Quantum realm is not a straight line. As you can use it to travel back and return forward in time, it seems reasonable to assume that there are parts of the realm where time runs slower and parts where it's faster.The hands that grip. -
^Yes, and I believe Janet tried to escape, so she moved around the realm, so that may account for her aging as well. Scott wasn't in it long in his own time to start venturing out.

I believe Scott said in Endgame that it was five hours for him when he was trapped in there. I'm guessing that time is very unstable in the realm, depending on where you go and what you do.Comment
