Watching old Star Trek reruns with Mr Shatner are classic. Now all the Mego goodness being released is a collectors dream come true.

my first custom Mego memory was trying to make a Hulk.
I took green Crayola marker and scribbled all over his face to color him green.
Needless to say, it did not go well....certainly looked different in my mind than the finished product.

I grew up on TNG. It taught me life lessons that my parents and extended family failed to. I didn't really follow TOS until I went and saw the only original movie I was able to catch in theaters, which was The Undiscovered Country.. and I was blown away by it. It made me start watching all the re-runs of TOS that were on back then. And made me enjoy the TNG episodes that featured the old crew, such as McCoy and especially the Scott episode.

I prefer the movie versions of the characters more... probably because that's what I knew of first.. and I really hope that MEGO eventually goes in the direction of the movies and those classic uniforms. Would love to get all of those.
