A lot of the shots of the packages show sleeves like the original costume (puffy sleeves), but the regular Kara has straight, tight sleeves. Is there any version. like the printed suit, that has the original style sleeves?

I've often sought out the same ...sadly, my best guess is only in the FTC prototype pics, from single cards to multi-packs. Currently, even a general Google Image search of actual product examples only seem to show the straight, tight sleeves. Even to consider attempting to customize each sleeve, I did not have enough material on a straight, tight sleeves to adapt the sewing to puffy sleeves.

Were vintage originals used in early publicity? FTC was noted for this, and I thought the production figure had both straight sleeves and a dark-blue blouse.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Yes, sadly, I strongly suspect this is the case.
