I'm excited about this, I think they found the right voice in Peele. The remakes always seemed to be more about the spectacle than the obvious parables Serling was writing.

Didn't know they were going to remake some classic episodes though, I'm actually not fond of that.

I completely agree with this whole post. I'm excited about it, too. It's enough to keep me paying for CBS All Access after Star Trek ends its current season. But why remake what's been done so well already? Are they already out of ideas?

This looks interesting. Some reiterations of TZ have included remakes/sequel episodes. I recall disliking the reworking of "Eye of the Beholder", to me the original is perfect.

I think Peele’s own 30,000 ft sketch is much scarier than the original...

I can't stand that actor, so I don't want this to be the first episode i watch.
