A lot of fashions come back around- bell bottoms, skinny ties, hip huggers, waist high jeans, plaid pants- but one that seems resigned to the early 70's is that weird sweater tank top thing. What was that?

And yes, I have indisputable proof of my own victimhood. Yet somehow, it wasn't enough to detract from the Dumb and Dumber haircut.
