Toy-Ventures 13- Battle of the Planets action figures from France

Toy-Ventures 13 talks about the awesome series of action figures based on the popular television series "Battle of the Planets". These are the action figures we craved and totally deserved as kids but sadly never got.

I go into my reasons as to why I love Battle of the Planets and showcase my small but well loved collection.

Say "Transmute" and join me, won't you?

Probably just as well we never got those... If I'd have seen those in my local toy store in Ontario as a kid, I'd probably have had a seizure.

I have that very same Gold Key comic from my childhood. Don't remember ever seeing another one on the spinner rack. No figures sadly. That's a great story attached to watching GForce Brian. Looking forward to seeing more about Battle of the Planets.
I post in thy general direction!

        Awesome figures and story, Brian!

I want these figures. Frankly, I’d prefer them loose, mint-ish. Can they usually be found on eBay?

I loved that show when it came out in the states.
Had to make sure I was home every day to watch it after school.

I remember even adding cardboard wings to my bike so I could pretend it was Mark's jet.

I would have bought figures or ships if we would have had them in the stores for sure.

I was only a casual fan of the show, but those figures are very appealing.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

That was really well made, Brian. That was the first time I heard the story about your (future) Wife. I used to watch Battle of The Planets as a kid, but don't remember too much of it now. Got lucky enough to pick up the Popy version of "Jinpei". Not complete, but still cool.

Great episode, and I never tire of hearing of the Heiler's origin story.

I remember really liking BotP as a small kid. I would have been all over toys had they made them available here!
