Just Because- Revisiting My Trip To The Mego Warehouse

On my trips to Hong Kong, I've imagined trying to locate the factory there, but I'd think that it is long gone without a trace given the churn in buidlings/real estate there over the decades.

Does anyone know exactly where the factory was/is? I've always assumed the factory was up in Shenzhen. I have no reason for that assumption other than it being a commercial district known for knock-offs.
