His Cape and Cowl Are Raised to the Rafters

Ben Affleck was on Jimmy Kimmel and a fun scene as they retired his cape and cowl with Batfleck and the number 12 in gold on the back of the cape. I know he gets a lot of internet hate for his 3 film appearances as Batman but he was far from the worst.

I liked his Batman as well.

I liked him too, despite the way the character was written in BvS. He pulled off the extra-crazed and obsessed DARKER Knight despite some horrible plot and script logic that flipped on a dime. In lesser hands, the movie would be completely unwatchable.

I liked him in Suicide Squad and Justice League quite a bit.

I was okay with the way the character was written in BvsS because his character changed, he went from a dark place to himself again, it could ahve been explained better but Batman had clearly lost his perspective. The journey just didn't make a whole heck of a lot of sense but Affleck wasn't the problem.

His portrayal in Suicide Squad especially just felt like the Batman I grew up with, a guy with some principles.

I liked Affleck and Cavill in their respective roles and wish they both would continue. I just didn't like the movies for a bunch of things that DC has largely corrected, lately. I thought the Justice League Movie was a huge improvement.

I like both Bale & Affleck as Batman and NONE of the others. Ben takes the lead over Bale because he didn't do the HORRIBLE growly voice.
