I got this shirt in some lot or other many years ago, I was just looking through my parts box and came across it again. it is Mego size, no tags. I do not recognize it from anything

it's basically a red dress shirt with patches on the elbows

It's from a Goofy figure made by Dakin. The figure wore the shirt backward.
