    Winter beard?

Just curious if anyone else grows a beard during the wintertime? I usually don't but I find myself growing one this year.

I have a big gray Santa beard

Been growing it for 3 years now

Going for a ZZ Top look but it seems to have stopped growing after 2 years - weird

I've had a year round beard for nearly 20 years!

Last few years I’ve done the old “grow it, shave it off, grow it back, etc” but this thread made me realize I’ve had a beard more than I have not had one over the last two years. I prefer the beard except for July and August

I usually don't let it get to the point where it is Currently but i think what i have constitutes a winter beard, but I don't see it lasting much longer lol

This is what I look like now. For the past years I had a braided beard (either one or two braids), but I decided to let it loose these days, except for a small skull bead

I grew one in last winter but it was so damn itchy I shaved it after a month. I started to grow it again around the holidays but my wife hates it so I did not go very far
