    8" Joe Namath

The New York Jets, led by quarterback Joe Namath, rocked the sports world and the country in 1969, by becoming the first American Football League team to defeat an NFL team with their Super Bowl III victory over the heavily favored Baltimore Colts at Miami's Orange Bowl. Joe Namath was the first licensed action figure that Mego created in the early 1970s and remains one of the line's most popular figures of all time. Sporting his #12 classic green and white uniform, Joe Namath is a symbol of triumph. Very collectible, his packaging has a holographic, limited edition, numbered seal!

Nice, hope the pads will fit under the jersey.

Nice sculpt on this guy! My question, is this just a one off figure because they have Joe's likeness or do they plan to do more players?

This would be a great segue into a new line of NFL Action Team Mates figures!

He looks great! I have wanted to do an 8" version of Joe as a Mego Meet exclusive in the past. Prefer a factory-made version.

Only question I have is "what in blazes is on his shoulders?"

The "Legends" subline title in the upper right corner suggests there will be more.
I'm not even a sports fan but this figure is fantastic. The in-package posed display is beautiful, and the cardback art is light years ahead of last year's design.

Nice likeness, though the helmet looks cheap, and really kind of terrible.
Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures

I'm not at all a sports fan, but I like this as a legacy figure. Great packaging and sculpt; the accessories seem adequate to me. I'm glad it was done and will try to get one.

The likeness is really good. The over the jersey pads do throw the overall look of it in package. Still getting it.

Never was a football fan but always liked Joe Namoth. I'd get this if they were sold in Canada.
