Looks good, although I wish they made Robotman's jaw move in post.
I somehow missed Timothy Dalton was cast as The Chief!!! WOW!!! That's great casting.

Seriously, Mento was used well on the animated Teen Titans (pre silly Go!) as the leader of the team, replacing The Chief. But the original, kind of stalker-esque Mento obsessed with Elasti-Girl so much he came up with super-powers, would be interesting to see on a quirky, dark TV show.

Cyborg is only temporary, he'll be joining the Titans in season 2 of their series. The DP just helps Vic/Cyborg through his origin story (I believe) and the rough adjustment that follows.
I have a feeling Mento might show up at some point too.
