Best new Mego Black and Grey Batman kept in package solution

I was debating with the wife on this one....

1. Black and Grey suit Batman kept in box with new head stashed away
2. Black and Grey suit Batman open the box and replace with the new head and reseal

All they're sealed with is a clear sticker you can buy at any Staples. Even my OCD just let open them up.

I haven't received my replacement head yet so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I'd go with option #1 because-

a) the stock head, in my opinion, isn't as bad as some/most make it out to be. And it looks better person than it does in photos, again IMO
b) the box design kinda obscures the head anyways as I recall

I have both Batmans (Batmen?) on display out of the box and while the blue head is better (and I assume that's what the replacement head is) the black one has its own 'charm'.

I've been taking the 14" figures out of the box to "play" with them and then put them back in when I'm done. Obviously I'm not worried about keeping them MIB, but its still a great way to display them and enjoy them.

I concur with these opinions. I found it all the 14 inch figures look world's better out of the box and also live and in person. Photos don't do them Justice. I also think the Batmen, the blue Batman in particular is the best of all of them.
