    Backwards facing phasers

Why are they packaging the phasers backwards? I think it's a bad thing, because now people think they face the other way. I've seen, in the last couple of days, two examples of this. An auction where loose figures are being sold, with two of the figures holding phasers in "suicide mode". Suicide Sulu, and Suicide Kirk.

This guy has a review, and has "Suicide Spock" being featured.
Because they are facing backwards in the package, people think the back piece is a sight or something. So annoying.

This started with Emce, and bled over into the new Mego. It's just wrong. Come on, Mego, get it right. Sulu and Chekov had their phasers facing the correct way, and then everybody else didn't.

Yeah, I'm ranting. It's almost three in the morning, and I should just go to sleep...

I had actually noticed this too. My OCD almost lost it.

I think the phasers are backwards on the weapons belt because they fit without falling off, same as the EMCE ones.

Or it's just because the factory employees are just not paying attention, or just don't care.
