Magnetic Spider-man no brainer

Four score and seven years ago I called Dr. Mego and made arrangements to send him a set of Magnetic Batman hands and feet for molding in red. Seriously, it's been that long - the resin had actually started to fade. I finally came across an otherwise nice suit with holes in the feet, and with the help of a donor body from Rachel B and some red vinyl paint I finally got this guy together. Sorry for the blurry pics - the action shot is him clinging to my fridge. Still wondering why Mego didn't do this back in the day.

For years, I have heard Lee & Ditko meant for Spider-Man's costume to be red & BLACK. The pics above make me truly understand why. Very cool.
