My only complaint is that he's green

Yes, the original American poster depicts him as green but I wish they hadn't translated it to the figure.

Other than that looks really sweet

It's a nice small scale for a big monster… agreed, cool concept; this one is going to be hard to resist!

In my world, big-G is always green.

I haven't seen it yet but apparently, they're doing the 60s suit as well, that's the Godzilla of childhood.

I really like this. It's going to look great displayed with the movie poster diorama.

Mikey, I think you're missing the point of this. This is a variant repaint of the figure designed to look like the movie poster. If it wasn't green it wouldn't make any sense. It's the same concept that NECA does with their video game figures, where they paint them in crazy colors like they appear in the video games.

Yeah, I was guessing he was a variant considering he's painted like the MireGoji outfit (from Godzilla 2000). Still looks pretty cool.

A 60's Godzilla would be nice, either the KinguGoji ('62) or MosuGoji outfit ('64) would be sweet.

Ohhhh, I didn't know it was a variant -- That explains it

Yeah, they already released a black and white film accurate version of that figure a couple years ago. I have one, and it's awesome.

The '62 version is coming from NECA. I already have mine on preorder. Here's a preview pic...

Oh, that's nice! Too bad they couldn't make a Toho Kong to go with it (the character/likeness rights are kind of iffy so it's highly unlikely, which makes me sad).

It looks fantastic. Definitely plan on buying it.

That looks really cool. I love the green.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
