The film is a mix of classic and stop motion animation. In the film the villian subjects the hero to his mutation ray which causes the "Flash Gordon Like" hero to go thru several transmutations. The last pic illustrates the heroes beginning mutation. It looks like a Mego Aquaman and then is followed by several Wizard of OZ figures. The 38 min. film can be viewed on Youtube.
