I'm digging the Mego offerings overall, but these really fall into the "why did they even bother" category, and I guess Doc and Marty feel that way too, since they aren't doing licenses without likenesses after the Target runs.

Still, a great head for customs! Would make a nice Bruce Wayne even!

It looks like they used the actual Brady sculpt for Al. Gives me some hope that we'll be seeing an official long-suffering Lieutenant next year.

My best assumption would be that when CTTV held the license the package included actor likenesses. I doubt they had to do anything.

The current licensing package only includes the logo now, hence the Lt. Leslie.
