    Plaid Stallions Swing Along

I was on a bunch of these as a kid, they all moved when you were swinging like they may just fall over, it gave the whole thing an added sense of danger.

Also, those slides became deadly come July.

We have a PodCast! It's fun, please listen.

All kinds of parenting alarms are sounding in my head at the sight of the young man hanging upside down.

I had a swing set like them but got way more mileage out of an old tractor seat hanging from a tree on a rope

Ah the backyard swing set. The perfect way to begin a long night in the emergency room.

Made by Daisy no less! From "You'll shoot your eye out, kid" to "You'll break your neck, kid".

My swing set had two swings, the glider or "air guide" as they call it here, and a slide. And yes, it did occasionally flip over when my friends and I got older and were pushing the weight limit.

I witnessed a girl almost lose a toe sliding down a large metal slide at elementary school. Her toe got caught in a rusty hole as she slid down, and RIPPPP. Blood everywhere. She had to have LOTS of stitches.

They took that slide out after that.
