Went with weird TV tonight instead of a movie: Episodes of Psychoville, Garth Marenghi's Dark Place and Tokyo Vampire Hotel. Last night was The Descent: Part 2 (Jon Harris, 2009). Kind of a waste of time, it was like The Descent: The Theme Park Ride.

^Well, I like it for those reasons as well, but its honestly less lurid and exploitative than it COULD be. Compared to The Vampire Lovers, it's practically chaste!
I love that one too, and mostly for incorrigible reasons. Although it's a pretty faithful adaptation of Carmilla.

Not to hijack the thread (just read it's purpose) here is mine:
Hallween 2
Halloween 3
House that dripped blood
Psycho 2
House on Haunted Hill
Trick R Treat
Dawn of the Dead (original and remake)
Friday the 13th
The Old Dark House
I'm not big on slasher flicks, in fact I couldn't finish Friday the 13th (bored) but my wife is a quintessential 80s kid. I had high hopes my Blood Island set would arrive in time but later realised that it hasn't actually come out yet. Oh well.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

Vampire Lovers was the first movie I rented filled with nudity. I had seen half of it on TV and wanted to see the first part, the TV print was completely censored and i didn't see the movie coming. I own it on Blu Ray now, it seems so tame.

They really found the right actor who looks the maniac part in the first story.

An actress that I enjoy watching for Halloween is Caroline Munro.
One movie that she is in that I really like is Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter. It was also fun seeing her in Dracula A.D. 1972.Comment

I'm more of a classic oldies watcher, so for me its, Abbott & Costello meet Frankenstein, and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde,
Dracula, Son of Dracula, Frankenstein, Son Of Frankenstein, Frankenstein meets the Wolfman
Universal's Mummy collection, Hammer's Mummy, Return of the Vampire, Creature from the Black Lagoon trilogy
and last but not least, Star Trek (TOS) episode Catspaw, Spock asked Kirk about the holiday and trick or treat and
Kirk just told him he would be a natural for it.Comment
