I sent the e-mail on Oct 9, and got the head this past Friday, so a little over 2 weeks.

Whoa! That resized head arrived and totally made the Bat shine.
Fave figure of the 14” now! Thank you Dr Mego & Mego Corp for bringing back the fun in toy collecting.

I made a comment in another thread about fixing the length of the neck but comments are sounding like the overall size was increased.
So it wasn't just shortening the neck, the whole head is bigger now?

Just trying to get my facts straight. I haven't been following too closely as I've committed to the 8 inchers only (so far).

Sorry didn’t see this , neck shorter and head is bigger / resized... really looks completely proportional now!

I got my replacement head, but am still waiting for Batman to be delivered.

I did get the Joker jacket I ordered, and it shipped really fast too

I ordered a Joker jacket and requested the bat-head to be shipped along with... so hopefully things will work out all right... I know Doc gets busy from time to time so I'm content to hang tight for a while...

I too requested a head last week when I ordered a Joker jacket & a few other items. Will see what happens.

That said, today my Batman showed up and IMO the head isn't that bad, certainly better than it looks in photos. So if I don't get a replacement head I'm pretty sure I'll be OK with the 'as delivered' head.

Yep, what I said about FTC was entirely fair. Mego not only shortened the neck they made the Batman head larger and send them out for free upon request.
