Blade Runner was supposed to be in Wave 3, but I’m not sure if that’s still happening.

Rampart, this is Squad 51. How do you read?

No telling. The only thing I've seen in public mentioned about the set is Paul saying that they were working on it but hadn't gotten very far when it came time to choose which characters to pick for the Target project's 2-packs. I presume that means that they at least have the license in hand, so hopefully it's only a matter of time before we can know joy.

Speaking of other lines, Target has a lenticular cover version of the new Brady Bunch game and it shows the dad. Back when CTVT had the license for figures his likeness wasn't being given out. Other products like a puzzle, didn't get it either.
Maybe we can finally get him in Mego form.

Just curious, would anyone still be interested in Blade Runner if the likeness rights weren't part of license?
Expectation is the death of discovery.

Could it be done as "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" instead of Blade Runner without the likenesses and done as part of a sci-fi classics line? I know I am in the minority, but I like the source material more than I like the movie (though I like the movie quite a bit).

Just speaking for myself, a huge fan back in the day, I would pick them up if the clothing was done well. A display with Deckard, Rachael, Batty and Pris would be awesome.

I think Roy Batty would be fine, with the clothing and white-hair he be recognizable even if it didn't look like Rutger Hauer.
However, Decker not looking like Harrison Ford would be more difficult to overlook.

Personally, I'd love the set, since we have Harrison Ford custom heads available, it be a easy fix.

So - 48 8" figures, 12 14" figures and one 14" exclusive in the last quarter of this year. Wow. That is an amazing amount of product (and work). Kudos to all involved!

Ford is notoriously difficult to nail in a sculpt. It actually might cause less griping to just go with a generic head. Handsome Henry with grey stubble could do for a stand in.

I think if they capture the characters it will be fine. Samantha came out really well because it captured the character.

Wave 3 Romulan is the same as the Mego and EMCE one, it's not the Commander although he's pictured on the card.

Maybe we will possibly see the Commander in a future wave?

Sure, but I was just going with what was actually printed on the card art when compiling my list:

One of the reasons, ha, that I keep trying to get folks to report back to me about the 2-packs!
