    Do you have...

Aphantasia? Supposedly only two percent of people have it.

Had to look it up and I most definitely do not have that. I love reading and listening to radio programs because I enjoy "seeing" those things in my minds eye.

Talk about letting the reader do all the heavy lifting, a clickbait thread title and no explanation on what aphantasia is.

trypophobia is more fun - look up images at your own risk

I would answer your question, but first I would have to look up a word and I just don't have that kind of time on my hands

My uneducated hunch is that people with aphantasia wouldn't be drawn to collecting toys, since so much of playing with toys relies on visual imagination.

"Aphantasia is the suggested name for a condition where one does not possess a functioning mind's eye and cannot voluntarily visualize imagery."

Aphantasia is having a blind mind's eye. No visual imagery, of anything, ever. No daydreaming. No "picture this". Reading with no visual interpretation of what is described. Not being able to visualize your family and friends. Closing your eyes and only ever being able to see black. Affecting two percent of the population.
So, what do you see when you close your eyes? Stark reality? Wild fantasy? Clear images? Foggy images? Color? Or, nothing?

Almost correct, except for the "voluntarily" part. It simply cannot visualize.

That's more mental illness, not even in the same catagory.

If two percent of people had it, it wouldn't be a rare Mego.

That one makes more sense to me than aphantasia...

Most certainly NOT! I have an extremely vivid imagination and my mind's eye works great!
