I was in Louisville this weekend with my family and we went to the Waverly Hills Sanatorium. https://www.therealwaverlyhills.com/
I've been wanting to go there for quite some time. It's in Haunted House mode now until Halloween, so they have a pretty lengthy Haunted House on the first floor, and my daughter and her friend and my oldest son and I did that but also did a mini tour of the upper floors. We got to the 2nd floor, 3rd and 5th floors. It's a seriously cool place, and the haunted house was fun, but I'd prefer to come back and do some tours without the massively huge crowds they had there for the haunted house portion.
They don't allow video or pictures inside during the Halloween schedule, but their regular tours you can take both, and they even have a stay overnight for 8 hours package.

5000 carved pumpkins are there. It's a trail of sorts, all outside and it was also very cool.
